Cross Training

By using the ancient techniques of kickboxing and muay thai, I provide a workout that is high intensity as well as fun and exciting. You can work one on one with pads, developing your coordination, speed and accuracy, or as your confidence grows, move on to contact training which will test your agility and endurance.

Forget your preconcieved ideas about the fighting history of martial arts. Kickboxing and Muay Thai are a great way to get fit, lose weight and tone up. Join me for a 1-2-1 pad work session to really see what its all about!
